With more than a decade of experience spanning marketing, sales, business operations, technology, customer experience, and business development, James brings a practical perspective to the challenges business owners face.
Throughout his career, James has worked on business development, organizational processes, technology implementation, employee onboarding, training, and operational improvements. That experience helped shape Impactful MKTG into something different from a traditional marketing agency.
We recognize that a business struggling to grow does not always need more advertising. Sometimes it needs better follow-up, stronger internal processes, improved customer communication, or technology that makes everyday operations easier.
